Organisation description: We offer a free of charge urgent medical courier service to the NHS. We deliver Blood, Plasma, Platelets, Donor Breast Milk, Samples and Specimens, medical equipment as well as many other items when requested by hospitals, medical centres and hospices across the Greater Manchester area, although we extend as far as Liverpool and Chester to the West and Bradford in the East should the situation require.
We provide this service out of hours through the week and 24hour cover at weekend. Our service is provided by volunteers all of which provide their spare time for no pay or reward and we depend entirely on public sponsorship and donations.
