Organisation description: Our aim is to help people in local communities gain confidence through physical activities and mental well-being session, we will be a fully inclusive hub for all to learn and develop new skills and mindsets, that they can utilise in all aspects of their lives.
Alongside this we will encourage the sense of community amongst one another and support relationship building with the use of our workshop initiatives which will host a range of less physical activities and focus more on the power of conversation, with guest speakers etc.
