Organisation description: FavourCare Digital Help CIC is a community-focused organisation supporting vulnerable and digitally excluded residents across Greater Manchester. Our mission is to help people safely access essential services, improve digital confidence, and reduce isolation in an increasingly digital society.
We provide practical, person-centred support for migrants, refugees, asylum seekers, older adults, and individuals experiencing digital anxiety or barriers to accessing online systems.
Our work includes support with NHS and GP access, online applications, housing support, visa-related digital tasks, online safety, scam awareness, digital communication, and everyday digital skills. We also promote wellbeing, social connection, and independence through trusted community-based support.
Through workshops, outreach activities, and one-to-one guidance, we help people build confidence, feel more connected, and navigate life in the UK with greater independence and dignity.
