Organisation description: It provides a weekly meeting place for local retired people and many from the surrounding area, to enjoy speakers on a wide range of subjects; entertainers, such as Choirs and soloists; games e.g dominoes, beetle drives, coach trips, including a meal and entertainment at s chosen venue, big screen film shows, parties to celebrate special occasions. The club furthers social interaction and helps to alleviate the loneliness and isolation experienced by many elderly people.
