Who do you work with?: All Client Groups
Organisation description: The group aims to reduce social isolation and increase community cohesion through a range of activities. We work with and are supported by the health improvement service and Salix homes. We have worked with a number of different community groups and organisations in and around Salford, developing valuable projects and holding events in our efforts to celebrate the diversity of people in Salford has to offer.
