Congratulations to all of the shortlist and the winners of this year's Heart of Salford awards!
Thank you for all the great nominations this year. Shortlisting was a hard task!
We have now held the Heart of Salford 2025 awards ceremony at Buile Hill Hall on 3rd June - during Volunteers Week.
It was an amazing event highlighting the brilliant organisations and individuals in Salford's Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector.
As well as the below shortlisted (by a panel of judges) organisations and individuals that were voted on at the ceremony, we also had our own Salford CVS picked Outstanding Contribution award.
This year we awarded five Outstanding Contribution awards, including Mike Thorpe posthumously, we also had a special mention for Graham Ashworth who we also recently sadly lost. All of these people (and a lot more) have had a huge impact on Salford's VCSE sector.

At the awards ceremony we showed short films of all of the shortlist and the audience voted to determine the winners. These votes were very close and all the of the shortlisted nominees were amazing.
