Ella, Grants Manager for Salford CVS finds being in Nature highly beneficial for her Mental Health, whether this be gardening, walking or tending to her little herb garden! Rachel, Family Hub Navigator finds listening to music a great way to distract herself from daily stresses, singing a long also helps to lower the stress hormone (Cortisol) and get those Endorphins released!  Tom, Programme Support Office for Elevate finds movement, in particular swimming supports him to stay healthy mentally and emotionally, a natural way to de-stress, boost your feel good hormones and keep you in good physical health too.
