Who do you work with?: Children & young people with disabilities, Learning disabilities (people with), Physical disabilities (people with), Sensory impairment (people with), Substance misusers (drugs/alcohol), Young people (aged 20-25)
Organisation description: The Excell Hub is a social care provision for young adults aged 19 - 25 set up in October 2020. It provides support for young adults with moderate and severe learning difficulties and disabilities to increase their independence, develop social and communication skills, daily living skills and work towards volunteering and supported employment opportunities. Currently based within Oakwood Academy school but relocating to Media City in Summer 2021.
