Organisation description: The Silent Patient Network aims to support families in crisis, facing numerous challenges. Many people from BME are reluctant to speak about their needs or seek help. We offered reassurance and support to break the silence.
We provide advice, information, and advocacy to Widows, single parents, asylum seekers, refugees, and migrants with NRPF in Salford and Greater Manchester.
We provide practical support to people with No Record to Pupil Fund to navigate through the right channel within the community outreach.
We offer English and ICT clubs and Counselling sessions to improve our beneficiaries' physical and emotional well-being.
We help Widows, Single Parents, Asylum seekers, refugees, and migrants address social, emotional, and practical needs by connecting them to sources of support within their community to improve their health and well-being.
Our organisation is a friendship network that breaks the yoke of silence. We do not make assumptions when we are dealing with cases. We follow it to get the result.
