Organisation description: We welcome community committed to supporting people in practical and meaningful ways. Alongside our regular Sunday gatherings, small group discussions, and times of reflection, we strive to create spaces where people can connect, find encouragement, and feel a sense of belonging.
We offer pastoral support through listening, guidance, and care for individuals and families facing challenging circumstances, with an emphasis on wellbeing and compassion.
Our community outreach work provides practical help and inclusive activities designed to bring people together, reduce isolation, and support mental health and wellbeing. This includes dedicated initiatives to support people experiencing homelessness, offering both immediate assistance and ongoing care.
