Who do you work with?: Adult offenders and ex-offenders and their families
Organisation description: The CIC is still in the set-up phase. Its mission will be to help male prison leavers in Salford build crime-free lives through meaningful, sustainable employment and stable housing. We will provide tailored job-search support and wraparound in-work support with no end date. We will aim to address barriers to sustaining employment through long-term practical and emotional support, out-of-hours crisis assistance and peer mentoring, building a supportive community where people thrive and give back to society.
