Organisation description: Crossroads Together are a charitable organisation who provide support to carers and people with care needs. They provide respite breaks to carers throughout Salford by caring for their loved ones. As a charity, working on a not for profit basis, they can offer excellent support at great value prices.
In partnership with Salford Local Authority, they can offer free short breaks for children with disabilities. (Subject to referral, please contact the Children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities team at social services.)
