Description:

Purpose: To support the smooth running of events, activities, and community gatherings at The Angel Centre.
Core Tasks
• Help set up rooms or outdoor spaces before events (chairs, tables, signage).
• Welcome attendees and direct them to event areas.
• Assist with serving refreshments or managing stalls.
• Support activity leaders (handing out materials, helping participants).
• Keep spaces tidy during and after events.
• Gather feedback from participants if requested.
Occasional or Optional Tasks
• Help design or distribute event posters/flyers.
• Support community fairs, open days, or seasonal celebrations.
• Take photos or short updates for social media (with permission).
