Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are required to:​

-Check the space and seating bank is clear of dirt and rubbish.​
-Check the volunteer space is ready with Hi-Viz jacket and emergency water.​
-Check with production team/managers whether any spaces need to be allocated for wheelchair users.
Allocate if necessary.​
-Open the house approx. 15 minutes before the performance begins. This may vary depending on the production.​
-Assist with ticketing and seating guests for 53two productions. External hires will bring Front of House staff.​
-Glass collection and clearing the bar/toilets if not needed for ticketing.​
-If latecomers are anticipated, reserve spaces.​
-Watch the show and pay attention to any guests that may need your assistance.
-Assist late comers into the space.
-Communicate with the bar, tech team and performers to ensure the performance can begin on time.
-Carry out evacuation procedures (full training will be given).
-Assist with interval service, getting the audience back to their seats in time.
-Remove empty glasses post show.

Overall be a friendly and welcoming face for the 53Two company.
