Organisation description: We support young people and families in Salford, and across Greater Manchester, to overcome the barriers they face to a healthy, safe and positive future. We provide 1:1 alternative provision and personal development mentoring from school age to post-16, supporting young people to re-engage with education in a context that works for them, and/or to support them into work experience, training or employment. We also provide early intervention mental health mentoring for young people in school, as well as personalised and flexible family support for parent/carers and siblings. In partnership with Salford Connect and Salford YJS we provide 1:1 support for very vulnerable young people who are at risk of criminal or sexual exploitation, and young people who are transitioning out of custody.
