Organisation description: Community Success Company has been set up by experienced professionals to engage and empower local people who can make a positive difference to the Health & Wellbeing of disadvantaged communities.
We identify areas for skills development through consultations and assessments then provide identified skills development, project management and consultancy support to individuals and community groups.
We deliver projects, group activities and 1-1 sessions around health and wellbeing as well as projects which support and showcase cultural and heritage experiences and community skills.
