I Spy Group

Who do you work with?: Sensory impairment (people with)
Organisation description: Aims

 To promote and provide social, recreational and educational activities and facilities for the partially sighted people of Eccles, Barton, Winton and surrounding areas in Salford.
 To provide a non-judgemental environment to socialise with an emphasis on having fun.
 To share skills and good practice amongst each other.
 To strengthen community spirit by providing support to local people.
 To encourage a greater volunteer participation for the benefit of the wider community.
 To promote equal opportunities within the local community.
 To promote social inclusion.

Activities of the Group

 Social get together for holding quizzes and joining in games for partially sighted people, along with volunteers.
 Producing and circulating newsletters, posters and flyers to promote this and other Group’s activities, which will benefit the community.
 Actively involve all interested parties, to organise and arrange a series of fundraising activities.
