Organisation description: Flourish is a thriving peer network and social venture development consultancy that provides support, investment, learning opportunities, and specialist research and consultancy, to enable women change-makers to flourish. We provide an ecosystem of support through peer learning, mentoring, coaching and seed investment. To date over 600 changemakers have benefited from our support.
We run on a ‘Pay it forward’ consultancy model which invests its surplus resources in growing the impact and supporting the economic empowerment of women changemakers locally, regionally and globally. Our social enterprise consultancy services range from business planning, stakeholder engagement, market intelligence, and social value measurement, to governance development, bid writing and income generation strategies.
We work with individuals, social ventures, infrastructure support, and public sector organisations to help communities create the change they see needed.
