Organisation description: We don’t think anyone in our community should face going hungry. At each of our seven distribution centres, Salford Foodbank volunteers offer a warm welcome, a cup of tea and refreshments, and distribute 240 emergency food parcels every week, containing three days’ nutritionally balanced food, to local people who are referred to us in crisis. We also offer additional support, advise and signposting.
