Organisation description: African Women Matter is an organisation run by women for women, an organisation dedicated to helping women in crisis and emergencies. The organisation was set up after witnessing first-hand the ‘sexual violence’ and manipulation of women in vulnerable situations.
Our objectives includes:
To offer women the opportunity to develop their independence and protect their dignity. Every woman deserves the right to live a safe and a happy life.
To support the effective integration of African Women immigrants residing in the United Kingdom
To promote positive home environment sets the tone for individual wellbeing.
To provide information and guidance to help refugee families adapt to their new society, ensure productive households, and recapture a sense of normalcy.
