Who do you work with?: Children & young people with disabilities, Families and/or parents
Organisation description: We are community support group for families who have children with Down Syndrome. We offer weekly sessions (45 weeks per year) in a friendly and inclusive environment for families to come together to share lived experiences and discuss challenges that are faced.

We will provide light refreshments, play opportunities and sensory craft activities.
