Organisation description: Project Equilibrium is a CIC set up on the backdrop of four years work as Breatheolution, and over 35 years in nursing and 10 years of natural re-wilding experience. I have personally worked with over 3000 men women and children from all walks of life with a myriad of mental and physical health issues on the basis of nervous system imbalance.

This organisation hopes to bring connection and balance to people through knowledge and alternative therapies and guided workshops around nervous system regulation. We will be using the latest breathing techniques and teaching methods to coach people how to find calm and reduce stress and anxiety focussing on those who would not normally be able to afford this type of therapy.

This works with everyone and we would predominantly be focussing on folk with ADHD, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Addictions and chronic pain, but also holding workshops to support blue light workers, military personell, staff at hospitals, hospices and other facilities where stress levels and traumatic experiences and events are high.
