Organisation description: Care Caravan is a community-based charity focused on improving the health and wellbeing of vulnerable individuals and families in the local area. Through its core activities—such as distributing nutritious food parcels, facilitating the Journey to Wellness support groups, andoffering youth mentoring groups—Care Caravan addresses both the physical and emotional needs of those experiencing hardship. By providing access to healthy food, offering safe spaces for emotional support, and empowering individuals to overcome financial challenges, the organisation helps people build resilience, reduce stress, and achieve greater overall wellbeing.
