Organisation description: We are a Tenant Management Co-operative in Ordsall managing 110 houses on behalf of Salix Homes and Great Places Housing Association. All tenants are Co-op members and have a say in the running of the estate. We have an active social group and a young person's group, who meet at Salford Lads Club. We encourage responsible energy consumption & recycling, good neighbourliness and our tenants enjoy being part of a real community.
