Organisation description: Healthy Hearts group offers the people of Salford who suffers with long term illness such as heart disease c.o.p.d, diabetes, stroke,arthritis and even cancer to come together perform a gentle exercise session with a qualified exercise specialist.The group meet at various throughout the city. Health professionals or GP`s may refer into any group. Self referral is also accepted with an induction.
