Community groups in Salford can now apply to the Renew Community Fund.
The fund supports projects that help reduce waste by encouraging reuse, repair and sharing in local communities. This includes activities such as repair cafes, uniform reuse schemes, library of things, upcycling workshops and much more.
A total of £200,000 is available, with grants ranging from £1,000 to £20,000 for eligible organisations, including charities, community groups, CICs and schools.
Applications are now submitted via the Action Funder platform, making the process quicker and easier to access.
