Volunteer Opportunities

Are you keen on recycling? Do you believe it’s a good idea that clothes and household goods are not thrown away but used by someone else? Are you creative? Do you enjoy sorting and ordering? Do you enjoy working in a team and interacting with people? We are looking for people who have all or some of these positive attributes.
All Aboard is the Jewish Community’s leading charity shop chain. We are looking for volunteers of all ages (minimum 14 years), to assist in our Salford Shop, on a regular basis, for a morning or afternoon each week, or even after school.
You will be able to build on existing knowledge, or gain new expertise, by providing customer service, tagging clothes, sorting bric-a-brac and clothing, pricing an array of items and helping to dress shop displays. You might want to return to work after a break, simply have a few hours a week to spare, or looking for a valuable boost to your CV. We can provide you with documented and referenced experience. Full training will be given. Please help us to give back to your community in a happy and dedicated team environment.
