Association Visitors/support volunteers offer emotional and informative support to those living with and affected by Motor Neurone Disease (‘MND’) in their communities. Information may include how to access support or how to navigate local services. Support is offered to individuals face-to-face, over the phone or online depending on personal preferences.
Signpost and provide relevant information which enables someone to access appropriate support available to them - including through the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association.
