Provision of Short Break Care for Children with Disabilities

If you would like to apply to this fund and you are confident that you fulfil the application criteria then please complete the application form below and submit it by one of the rolling deadlines.

This is a rolling programme, with a monthly panel meeting.

The maximum you can apply for from this fund is £5,000.
