Wellbeing Matters Development Workers

Emma and Nosheela are Development Workers for Wellbeing Matters Social Prescribing and work with community groups and organisations to ensure they are ready to recieve referrals through the programme. This could involve training, helping with policies, looking into Salford CVS membership or funding.
