Nutrition and Hydration Week is a UK‑wide event that highlights how important food and drink are for keeping people healthy and well. It runs from 16th – 22nd March 2026 and brings together organisations across health, social care and the community to encourage good eating and drinking habits, raise awareness of issues like dehydration and malnutrition, and share ideas that help improve care for everyone.
Age UK Salford & Trafford have published this Challenge Calendar to encourage people to improve their nutrition and hydration in simple, everyday ways. It includes easy ideas such as adding more colours to your meals or trying a new fruit to help make healthy eating more enjoyable.
