World Walks Against Dementia - RHS Bridgewater

Location: RHS Bridgewater
Date: Friday 4th September 10am - 2.30pm

Dancing with Dementia and Purple Angels invite you to take part in a global, synchronised event, a walk around the beautiful RHS Bridgewater Gardens to raise awareness and support for people living with Dementia.

Walk in the beautiful gardens along a signposted, accessible route, make your own flower crown, and enjoy a sing-along and dance to music provided by a local choir.

Come alone, come with family and friends or part of a group. All welcome however please note there are limited places available.

Be sure to wear suitable footwear for walking and appropriate clothing for the weather - if it's raining, don't forget your umbrella, and if it is a hot day, we advise bringing a hat and refillable water bottle with you to hydrate.

Entry is free but places must be booked in advance via the link below (including RHS members).  Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available and can be also be requested through the ‘wheelchairs’ and ‘mobility scooters’ links when making your booking (please note these are subject to availability on a first-come basis).
