Daughters of Salford and Salford Baby Bank are looking for volunteers who can spare a couple of hours a week to help support families across the Salford community who are facing extremely difficult times. The role involves delivering essential baby items to households in need.
For many parents and carers, the arrival of a new baby should be a time of hope, reassurance and joy. Sadly, for families living in crisis, it can also be a time of fear and uncertainty. Rising costs, insecure housing, low income, domestic hardship and unexpected life events can leave families struggling to provide the essentials that every baby and young child deserves.
Through practical and compassionate support, Daughters of Salford and Salford Baby Bank help ensure families can access essential items when they need them most.
