The purpose of this online questionnaire is to assist the Salford Third Sector Consortium Hub to create a membership directory and database of services for use within the Consortium and to pass on to stakeholders. Any financial or commercially sensitive information will not be shared with third parties.
Contract thresholds will be applied to the Salford Third Sector Consortium membership e.g. the size of contract that any provider can bid for within the Consortium will be based on previous experience and relevant policies and practice attached to the thresholds. The information you provide within this online questionnaire will be used to determine which contract threshold is relevant to your organisation.
The information you provide within this online questionnaire will also be used to assign you to membership of the Consortium cluster groups, based on the services you currently provide. The current cluster groups are: Health and Wellbeing, Children, Young People and Families, Work and Skills, Older People.
