Alternative option (Board member applications only): Apply by recording a short film on your phone
To make the application process more accessible, you can submit your application as a film recording instead of completing the written form.

Your film should answer these questions:

  1. What is your name and address?
  2. What role are you applying for?
  3. How long have you lived or worked in the area?
  4. What experience and skills will you bring to the role?
  5. What are your hopes for the future of the area?
  6. How will you ensure residents’ voices are heard?
  7. If you could improve one thing about our community right now, what would it be and how might it be done?

Your film should be no longer than five minutes in total. You do not need perfect production quality - just clear audio. You may pause between questions, and you may submit your film as one continuous clip or short clips combined.

Please send your film via WhatsApp to Kate on 07442 423988.
If your film is large, please attach it using the Document option rather than ‘photo/film’, as WhatsApp supports files up to 2GB when sent this way.

Deadline: 5pm Sunday 31st May 2026

Informal interviews will be held on Friday 26th June 2026
