Family Contact Centre Supervisor

We are recruiting sessional contact centre supervisors to facilitate family time sessions between children and parents. We are a busy centre, providing a safe, neutral space where children and parents can meet and enjoy time together after family breakdown or separation. 

Supervisor responsibilities include, welcoming children and families, setting up activities, observing contact and completing a short report of each session. 

Level 3 Childcare Qualification is required.

Salary

Salary is on an hourly rate at RLW. An additional hour is payable for each session to enable before and after session time, to supervisors.
