We are searching for a committed and forward-thinking manager with previous experience in leadership to join our growing team and develop our shopping and cleaning service ensuring the delivery of a high quality safe and person centred approach for individuals living in the community.
The postholder will oversee a team of Home Services Assistants providing effective supervision, recruitment, induction workforce planning and day to day operational leadership. They will ensure full compliance with health and safety safeguarding and organisation policies including completing and reviewing risk assessments to support safe working practices.
The manager will be responsible for planning staff rotas, monitoring service performance, writing reports and maintaining accurate records and documentation. They will build positive relationships with customers, respond to enquiries and concerns and carry out home visits where required to assess needs and review service quality.
The role also includes promoting the service externally, including delivering presentations and representing the service at meetings and events. The manager will proactively identify opportunities for service development, improvement and expansion, ensuring the service remains responsive, sustainable and aligned with the needs of those we support.
