Jon Odukoya, Chair of Brookhouse and Peel Green Neighbourhood Board commented:
"I am happy to have been involved in constituting a Board of diverse members, and I am delighted with the team we have assembled. It is my intention to harness that diversity — the range of skills, experiences and perspectives each member brings — to deliver broad and impactful change across the community we serve. A Board is at its strongest when it reflects the community it works for and draws on genuinely different viewpoints. In bringing these members together, we have built one grounded in that principle: inclusive in its make-up, purposeful in its work, and united by a shared commitment to the people we exist to serve.
Our priorities are straightforward. First, to draw fully on the complementary strengths around our table. Second, to establish sound, transparent governance that earns and keeps the trust placed in us. And third, to keep our focus firmly on impact — on the real, lasting change we can help bring about in the community. There is much to do, and I am honoured to lead this Board. I look forward to working alongside my fellow members, our volunteers and supporters, and everyone who shares in this mission, as we build something that makes a genuine difference."
