Following an application process which was open to all members of the Salford Live Well VCSE Partnership. Salford CVS is pleased to confirm that the implementation fund recipients are as follows:
CommUnity Little Hulton – Flagship Live Well Centre
The Broughton Trust – VCSE Live Well Space
Age UK Salford and Trafford (Critchley Hub) – VCSE Live Well Space
Emmaus Salford – VCSE Live Well Space
This is a significant step in bringing the Live Well vision to life in Salford. The flagship Live Well Centre and three additional Live Well Spaces will bring services closer to people, enabling easier access to advice, support and guidance in a way that helps residents to Live Well.
The Centre and Spaces will now work in partnership to ensure the Live Well Hallmarks are met. This means rooting support within trusted neighbourhood providers, removing barriers to access, strengthening prevention, and ensuring systems are connected and responsive.
