You will provide a friendly and professional welcome to people coming in and out of our services, as well as spending time with people in the communal areas and cafes.

Shifts are between 9am – 2pm on Monday to Friday or on a Saturday and Sunday afternoon for 4 hours.
During Support Shifts you will be responsible for doing building checks, dealing with emergencies, answering telephone calls, monitoring CCTV and undertaking minor domestic tasks. Shifts are evenings, 16:45pm – 21:15pm, nights, 20:45pm – 9:15am and weekends 8:45am – 21:15pm.
Experience of running activities and working with people that are homeless and may be vulnerable, or disadvantaged groups in a residential/similar setting is essential. You will also have good IT and admin skills and a positive approach to team working.
