We invite applications for two permanent Administration Officer positions based within our day centre support services.

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to provide administrative support to various stakeholders, including the staff team, the people we support and carers.

The role includes various duties, from managing petty cash to meeting and greeting visitors, as well as minute-taking and data input. The role holder will be expected to demonstrate a high level of initiative with excellent interpersonal skills, possess the ability to work independently, and be an integral member of the admin team and the centre team.

You will be encouraged to be innovative and progressive, to continually review existing practices, and to identify more efficient working methods. You will have good IT skills and knowledge of current technologies, excellent communication skills, and accurate data entry and checking skills.

Enhanced DBS disclosure is a requirement for this position.
