Lead Navigator: Trailblazers Project

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm
Contract: 1 year fixed term 
Salary: £30,151 - £32,020 (depending on experience) 
Reporting to: Community Hub Manager 
Location: Booth Centre and Off-site 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Navigator during a period of significant transformation and growth.

We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and motivated Lead Navigator to lead our Trailblazer Project. This project will deliver person-centred, strengths-based support to people who are experiencing social inequality, including poverty, homelessness, and other challenges. The aim of this role is to support the Navigator team to help individuals take positive steps and achieve identified goals, helping them become economically active. The Lead Navigator will lead on project delivery, including record management, supporting Navigators with complex cases and safeguarding, referral pathways and team development.
