Navigator: Trailblazer Project

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm 
Contract: 1year fixed term
Salary: £27,344 - £29,439 (depending on experience) 
Reporting to: Lead Navigator: Trailblazer Project 
Location: Booth Centre and Off-site 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our skilled and dedicated team at the Booth Centre, affording the right person the opportunity to shape and develop role. 

We are looking for three compassionate, creative, and motivated Navigators to provide person-centred, strengths-based support to people who are experiencing social inequality, including poverty, homelessness, and other challenges. The aim of this role is to help individuals take positive steps and achieve identified goals, helping them become economically active. Navigators will provide one-to-one support to individuals to improve their health and wellbeing, social connections, support networks, financial stability, skills, qualifications, and employability.
