Peer Navigator (Farnworth)

This is an incredibly exciting role allowing a resident to become active in their neighbourhood and act as a voice for local people. 

The role: 

• Promotes and builds community activity.
• Strengthens public engagement with the voluntary and community sector.
• Raises awareness of existing projects, opportunities and support. 

You will be responsible for promoting, supporting and developing activities in Farnworth, working with community projects and supporting local people to become more involved in their community. The Peer Navigator will provide admin support for the Farnworth Focus team and work more generally to bring targeted support from various Bolton at Home and partner services to communities in Farnworth.
