Pay: £20.00 per hour

Interview Date: 18th December 2025 - afternoon.

Start date: Term time January 2025 (or As soon as after that date)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate CYP counsellor to provide 5 hours of counselling per week at a Secondary School in North Manchester.

There is also an opportunity to take on additional CYP counselling hours at our Trafford-based Counselling Centre one evening per week. Contract & Supervision.

  • Successful candidates will receive regular supervision with CFC's clincial supervison team.
  • Sessional contract - invoiced each month

Qualifications

  • Recognised Counselling Qualification (minimum Level 4 or equivalent)
  • Experience working therapeutically with children and young people or additional specific CYP training
  • Proficiency in IT for documentation and record-keeping
  • Professional membership (e.g., BACP, UKCP) desirable
  • Valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
