The support we offer to groups and organisations throughout their journey is a crucial part of our work at Bolton CVS. It includes every stage of that journey and is fundamental in building and enabling the vibrant and diverse VCSE sector we have in Bolton.
This role will focus on organisations who are based in and/or work with residents in Farnworth; many of which are likely to apply for funding via the newly developed Farnworth Fund (administered by the Funding & Grants Team at Bolton CVS).
As a Development Officer you will play your part in making sure groups and organisations have the advice and support they need to run safely and sustainably. You will work with colleagues across the organisation and with our partners to give the best advice, support and training possible, building up relationships and networks along the way.
Your knowledge will be key in ensuring that we continue to empower groups to grow and develop and for the people involved to gain the skills they need to do this. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring Bolton CVS’ offer to its members and the wider sector is relevant, engaging and of the highest quality.
