Lisa De Pina
Resident for 22 years, founder and Director of Lusoconnectionuk CIC since 2022, with extensive connections to migrant communities, schools, churches and community organisations across Pendleton and Salford.
Jackie Smith
Resident of Salford for 15 years and has worked for nearly five years as CEO at Emmaus Salford. Has daily frontline contact with local residents through their food pantry, uniform hub, furniture shop and housing for up to 23 people.
William Tully
Resident for 55 years and working locally for 49 years. Strong grassroots connections through Salford Loaves and Fishes, the University of Salford, community projects, and extensive local knowledge.
Shweta Rani
Shweta Rani has lived in Pendleton for five months and works as an Operational Lead Manager in Adult Social Care, leading the Home First and reablement service in partnership with Salford City Council.
Elaine Kenny
Deputy CEO of Citizens Advice Salford, working in the area for 30 years. Former Age UK Salford trustee and founder of the RedBox Project.
Yolande Ghola
Resident for 13 years and working locally for six years. Founder of Community Upskilling CIC, former councillor, former school governor.
Roni Ellis
Salford resident for 50 years, Artistic Director of Salford Arts Theatre for nearly 20 years. Strong links to arts, schools, community organisations.
Owen Power
Has lived in the Pendleton area for 24 years; extensive involvement with disability, Jewish, healthcare and community organisations.
Justine Wallace
Has worked in the area for over seven years. CEO of START, member of the Salford All Age Mental Health Transformation Board, and former Chair of ASGMA.
Rhys Dower
Has lived in Pendleton for three years, works in Public Health as an Equity and Engagement Lead.
Jane McAdam
Has worked in Salford since 1998. Deputy Dean at the University of Salford, Chair of the Thrive Health and Wellbeing Centre Project Board.
Lee Chung Yee Joey
Has lived in Pendleton for three years. Part of Spinners Quarter neighbours group.

Connected to Salford for 10–12 years through community and advocacy work. Founder of African Rainbow Family, Chair of Manchester Migrant Solidarity, Salford CVS Trustee.
