Our services and response to the coronavirus emergency

Our response

With regret, we have taken the decision to close our offices in Eccles to drop-in visitors.

We’re still here to support local VCSE organisations and other partners - so we can all help local people and communities get through these challenging circumstances.

Get in touch

You can get in touch with us via phone and email and we’re working on more ways for you to connect with us online.

We have extended our phone line opening hours and we are now available from 9am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday, call 0161 787 7795 for our VCSE advice line.

You can also contact us via this form or email office@salfordcvs.co.uk.

Events, training and forums

We have postponed our annual conference, due to be held in July, it will now take place in October and will still be held at the AJ Bell Stadium.

Our training sessions and forums for March and April have been postponed and will be rescheduled or delivered virtually where possible.

We have contacted those booked on to our courses to inform them of this.

If you are concerned about attending future sessions or unable to access virtual training you can cancel your place free of charge.

Those interested in attending a training session in May onwards can book a place via our website here.

If you have any queries please contact training@salfordcvs.co.uk

For current grant applicants

We are still processing existing grant applications and any returns.

If you have received a grant off us recently and are worried about how you can deliver, don’t worry, we’ll be emailing you in the next few days to ask you whether you want to postpone delivery for up to 3-months OR make changes to deliver on your project outcomes in a different way, possibly remotely.

Please read full update here.
