Queen Bee Coaching (QBC) is about empowering women who have demonstrated leadership to improve their skills and confidence, move into positions of power and accelerate their positive impact on society. In everything we do, we seek to ensure the service reflects the diversity, demographics and dynamism of Greater Manchester.

We anticipate that in the first instance there will be several roles to recruit to as we prepare for a few of our existing team to take time off for their final years at University and as we develop new programmes.

This post will lead and maintain the recruitment and retention of the QBC development team.

Skills and qualifications that may be needed or developed:

Recruitment of Development Team members
* Keep QBC in line with good recruitment practice and the policies of the Pankhurst Trust
* Organise the whole recruitment process for the Development Team, including advertising, interviewing and maintaining records ensuring the induction takes place
* Advise on, and where appropriate, design selection techniques and assessment, suitable to the opportunity
* Use social media, including LinkedIn, Twitter and other platforms to market volunteer opportunities and maximise candidate attraction
* Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when advising on volunteer recruitment and selection activity, maintaining consistency of approach across QBC
* Track and report on volunteer recruitment activity and accurately maintain a candidate database
* Sit on interview panels for appropriate volunteer opportunities, ensuring panels adhere to best practice and provide appropriate selection advice and guidance
* Produce Volunteer Outlines for all existing and new roles ensuring consistency in volunteer outline development
* Support and lead, depending on the focus, ad hoc development groups that aim to increase our diversity of all teams including coaches and clients.
* Maintaining our recruitment systems e.g. application forms/weekly/monthly hours to the Pankhurst
* Organise ad hoc development meetings via Zoom
