Volunteer Opportunities

What you'll be doing:
As an Assistant Scout Leader, you'll work with other volunteers to help deliver a varied program of activities. This might include:
Assisting with activities like games, crafts, and team challenges.
Supporting Scouts as they work toward their badges and awards.
Helping to organise and supervise outdoor activities such as hikes and camping trips.
Mentoring young people and helping them develop their confidence and skills.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of all Scouts during meetings and events.
What we're looking for:
You don't need to be an expert camper or have any previous experience in Scouting. We provide all the training and support you need. The most important qualities are:
A positive attitude and a good sense of humour.
Patience and a genuine interest in helping young people.
Reliability and a willingness to commit to weekly meetings.
Why volunteer with us?
Make a real difference: You'll play a vital role in shaping the lives of young people and helping them reach their full potential.
Learn new skills: From communication and first aid to outdoor skills, you'll gain valuable experience.
Join a community: You'll become part of a supportive and friendly team of volunteers.
If you're ready to start your adventure and inspire the next generation, we'd love to hear from you.
